This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled for services and subscriptions provided through the Jemigraph Tour platform.
By making a payment through Jemigraph Tour, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
Jemigraph Tour aims to provide a transparent and fair payment experience. Refund eligibility depends on the type of payment, the status of the booking or subscription, and the circumstances surrounding the refund request.
Not every payment is automatically refundable. Users should carefully review the applicable service, booking, and subscription information before completing a payment.
Photographer subscription payments provide access to subscription-based features for the selected subscription period.
Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed and the subscription has been activated, the payment is generally non-refundable, except where:
Subscription periods are not automatically extended because a photographer does not use the service during an active subscription period.
If you believe that you have accidentally paid for the same subscription or transaction more than once, contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the transaction records and, where a duplicate payment is confirmed, process the applicable refund.
If a payment is reported as failed or unsuccessful by the payment provider, the transaction should not result in an active subscription unless payment confirmation is subsequently received.
If money was deducted from your mobile money account despite the Jemigrapher transaction showing as failed, pending, or unsuccessful, please contact us with the relevant transaction details so that the payment can be investigated.
Some payments may remain pending while Jemigrapher waits for confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
Users should not immediately make another payment while an existing transaction is still being processed. This helps prevent duplicate charges.
If a payment remains pending for an unreasonable period, contact Jemigrapher support with the transaction reference so that the payment can be reviewed.
Where Jemigrapher facilitates payments related to photography bookings, refund eligibility may depend on the booking status, cancellation timing, photographer availability, and the terms agreed for the specific service.
Where a booking is cancelled, users should review the applicable cancellation information displayed for that booking or contact Jemigrapher support for assistance.
If a photographer cancels a confirmed booking and the client has already made a payment through Jemigrapher, the client may be eligible for a refund of the applicable amount, subject to the circumstances of the booking and the payment terms.
Jemigrapher may investigate the circumstances of the cancellation before approving a refund.
If a client cancels a booking, the amount eligible for refund may depend on the timing of the cancellation, the booking status, and any applicable cancellation conditions.
Cancellation after a service has already commenced may not qualify for a full refund.
Payments for photography services that have already been fully provided are generally not refundable unless required by applicable law or where Jemigrapher determines that a refund is appropriate.
To request a refund or payment investigation, contact us using the support email below and provide sufficient transaction information.
Providing accurate transaction information helps us investigate and resolve refund requests more efficiently.
Each refund request may be reviewed based on the transaction records, booking information, payment provider response, and applicable circumstances.
We may request additional information where necessary to verify a refund request.
Approved refunds will be initiated as soon as reasonably practicable. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution used for the original transaction.
Jemigrapher cannot guarantee the exact processing time of a refund after it has been submitted to a third-party payment provider.
Payment providers may experience technical delays, transaction reconciliation issues, network interruptions, or other processing problems.
Where a payment provider is responsible for a transaction delay, Jemigrapher may assist with the investigation but cannot guarantee the provider's processing timeline.
A refund may generally not be available where:
This section does not limit any refund rights that may apply under applicable law.
If you believe that a transaction was made without your authorization, contact Jemigrapher immediately and provide the transaction details.
We may investigate suspicious transactions and may cooperate with the relevant payment provider or other appropriate authorities where necessary.
We encourage users to contact Jemigrapher first so that payment issues can be investigated and resolved where possible.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to a user under applicable law or the rules of the relevant payment provider.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, payment methods, business practices, or applicable requirements.
Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
