A booking request may be submitted through the Jemigrapher platform. Booking details may include the selected photographer, date, time, location, photography package, price, and other relevant information.
A booking is considered confirmed only when the platform indicates that the booking has been successfully confirmed. Submitting a booking request does not necessarily guarantee acceptance by the photographer.
Users should review all booking information carefully before confirming a booking.
Payments made through Jemigrapher may be processed using supported mobile money or other payment providers available on the platform.
By initiating a payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction for the amount displayed by Jemigrapher.
Certain Jemigrapher features may require photographers to maintain an active subscription. Subscription plans, prices, duration, and applicable features are displayed within the platform.
Subscription access may expire when the applicable subscription period ends. A photographer may be required to purchase or renew a subscription to continue accessing subscription-based features.
Subscription payments are subject to the Jemigrapher Refund Policy described on this website.
Jemigrapher may use location information to provide location-based services, including helping clients identify or track an assigned photographer during an active booking.
Location services may require background location access on supported devices. Users will be informed when location permission is required and may manage location permissions through their device settings.
Location information is used to provide the relevant platform functionality and is not intended for advertising purposes.
Jemigrapher may send notifications relating to bookings, payments, account activity, subscription status, service updates, and other important platform activities.

Jemigrapher provides the technology platform connecting users and photographers. Users remain responsible for complying with their respective obligations relating to individual bookings and services.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, misused the platform, or created a security or safety risk.
Users may request deletion of their account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Jemigrapher Refund Policy. Users should review the Refund Policy before making payments or confirming bookings.
Your use of Jemigrapher is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.
